Small group lacrosse training with Coach Jake. Every session starts with a warmup that builds fast, efficient runners, then a focused block of stick skills paired with a mix of shooting, dodging, cutting, feeding or defense. Then we close out with conditioning: sprints, plyometrics or footwork drills that connect the tertiary movements we practice to how they run on the field.
Every session opens with The X9, our warmup. It gets players ready to train and teaches running mechanics: how to stride, how to propel forward, how to strike the ground. Efficient runners, built rep by rep.
Each session runs a focused plan. Stick skills: catching, throwing, cradling, shooting. Movement: dodging, feeding, cutting, off-ball movement. Defense: footwork, positioning, sliding.
Every session ends with conditioning: sprints, plyometrics or footwork drills that connect the tertiary movements we practice to how they run on the field.
